At Undigital, we believe in the perfect fit and feel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
